This new student seemed to enjoy his Karate class. Unfortunately, no one else in his class enjoyed him. His filthy appearance and lack of personality made him offensive to his fellow adult classmates. In an effort to be friendly, the Karate instructor politely and in a kidding manner suggested that he tidy himself up a bit to minimize the alarm he caused to the parents of the children in the school. Parents were quickly removing their children from the school due to his presence. Having a Charles Manson look-alikein the Karate school was not good for business.

It is common for family members to attend tournaments to cheer on both children and adult students.

The men of his class asked him why there was never anyone there for him, except his two friends. He replied, “I am the black sheep of a very wealthy family. They live out westand they can’t be bothered with me.”

One day, he came into the school sporting brand new “Hi-TEC” hiking boots. These boots were especially noticeable since he always sat very high up on the bleachers. You could not help but notice the large lettering, “Hi-TEC”, on the bottom of the boots. Since this was contrary to his normal unkempt appearance, the majority of his fellow students commented positively about his boots. They were hoping he would continue to change his appearance for the better. He said he purchased them in preparation for his annual trip out west to visit his father on Christmas Eve. He expected to receive a large sum of money that would sustain him for a year. In this case, this Christmas, he specifically mentioned $118,000to the Karate Instructor. He called the $118,000 his “inheritance.”What an unusual amount.

Another peculiarity about him was that he bragged about using a three-prong stun gun on his friend’s Doberman pinscher. He said that he wanted to see how the dog would react to being stunned. The Karate instructor warned him that the dog would have a long memory and would eventually get even.

He brought the stun gun to class to “show it off” to his Karate instructor. The Karate instructor asked him what he was doing with the stun gun. This was not a class that used weapons. He responded by laughing suspiciously as he walked away.

The Karate instructor wondered why it was so important for him to know how the dog would react after being stunned by such a gun? The Karate instructor also wondered what kind of person would intentionally hurt an innocent animal. Who would he hurt next?

Did you know that the conviction for inhumane treatment of domestic animals often results in a longer, actual jail sentence than the murder or molestation of a child?

A strange occurrence took place at the Karate school. The miniature tan/brown, hand-painted, hand-carved, hand-decorated, miniature solid wood Karate training sword, which was sealed in glistening lacquer (no paint brush handle in the world is sealed in glistening lacquer as the Colorado police would have you believe) (a one-of-a-kind sword) had been stolen along with one application to the Karate school. The stolen application was his. The Karate instructor could not help but wonder why someone would want to remove just this one application from the school. He guessed that because his now infamous student had a special interest in woodcarving, it was more than likely that he took the application and the training sword as well. He had shown a great deal of interest in the sword on numerous occasions and had repeatedly admired the workmanship of this magnificent piece of woodcarving.

The horizontal lettering of the sword had been painted with black paint. The word “KOREA” was scrolled in gold paintacross the sword, just below the hand grip area. We were to learn later how crucial this information would be. This sword, when used as a weapon, would leave an elongated, V-shaped indentationin whatever it came into contact with, such as JonBenét’s skull, as noted in her autopsy report.

He had a flair for creating artistic hand-carved wood signs for businesses across the country. He advertises himself as a xylographer, that is, one who performs the rare art of cutting figures and designs into wood. In fact, he has an album displaying many signs made for his customers across the country. He uses the album as a portfolio for his new customers. One day, he brought his album to the Karate school and spent quite a bit of time showing off his work to the instructor. The instructor noticed signs in Michigan, Colorado and many other states.

He has many ways of earning income, if need be. Each one would allow him to pick up and relocate anywhere in a moments notice. These jobs include woodcarver, clam digger, fishermanand store front sign designer. Remember, the complex knotused to attach the stick to the rope in order to form the garrote, as mentioned in JonBenét’s autopsy report.

He has extensive self-defense training with numerous Karate schools. One such school was owned and operated by a convicted pedophilethat allegedly molested over 53 children. This Karate instructor is now serving time in prison for a few of the child molestation cases. i.e. Scott Razor AKA Tom Yobagi “95”, NJ.

The 3rd Santa, who throughout this book we refer to as “he” built the loft for the aforementioned convicted pedophile as well as being one of his students, along with a host of local police officers in special tactical defense training. They all trained together. Yobagi was the teacher, Santa and the officers were the students. Scott Razor is Yobagi’s true name.

He trained side by side with rookie police. They were taught self-defense tactical training such as quick takedown moves and aggressive self-defense. At this school, he enjoyed the camaraderie of his fellow classmates, the police officers of that area.

Another of the Karate schools he attended specialized in training individuals in guerilla warfare type tactics. Students were taught to kill quickly, quietly and with complete accuracy. Someone with the aforementioned training would be dangerous for any full-grown man to have to deal with. What hopes would a small, six-year-old child have against such a predator!? What hope did JonBenét have?
